Teaching students at the primary level, graduation degree will serve the purpose. But there are certain essential things which you must develop before getting into it.
1. Proper selection of the subject-
You should not teach subjects which you don't have a good command on, as because students at the primary level are more keen to know various things and their doubts must be tackled carefully.
2. Patience-
Now, this is the basis for any teacher teaching at all levels, but as a primary students teacher, you must have a lot of patience to make your students understand the subject carefully.
3. Proper strategies-
Now what I mean by the proper strategies is that every student will not be asking you questions or doubts directly, many students feel awkward asking questions in front of others.
So you have to encourage them to ask as many questions as possible and try to make them feel confident about their problems.

You must be thorough with the subjects you want to teach. Because if you have full knowledge of your subject, you will feel more confident which will make you look confident too. And taking tuitions don't require a particular degree. But you must have in-depth knowledge of the subject you are about to teach so that you can handle the queries of children well.
