I am a certified person trainer from IIFEM. I have completed my ISSA certificate as well. I design workout plans, diet plans. I make people do circuit workouts, metabolic conditioning workouts, different HIIT circuits for fat loss and endurance. I design strength programs, various workouts impacting muscle growth and fat loss. Stretching is one of the most important aspect in terms of fitness. I have been teaching different stretch styles to increase mobility, agility and flexibility of the human body providing different stretches for joints and muscles. I also provide supplementation guidance. In todays world people donāt have much time to go to gym, here my experience works as I make people do plenty of home exercises including circuits, callisthenics, high calorie burning workouts.

I am a Iyengar yoga instructor providing asanas to treat body pains such as lower back pain, knee pain, therocic pain, clevical pain, shoulder pain etc. Body alignments , flexibility of muscles , mobility of joints is also covered. I have been practising yoga since a year now and what I have discovered is that yoga is an unmatched experience. āA personās heartbeat is 72 times a minuteā. But does it really happen? Through yoga I make people use their inner self to provide themselves a better path of inhaling and exhaling to keep their hormones and internal systems of the body happy.
