Whereas, Behavioral training is mostly imparted by the behaviour experts. Behavor training helps you enrich the knowledge of behavior coduct in different situtations in the organisation. The different parts of the behavior training are negotiation training, motivation training, decision making training, effecrive planning, etc. These trainings are subject to incline the behaviour in the employee which helps the organisation to develop the goals and objectives effectively and effeciently.
