Hi Maulik, soft skills is to work on self effectiveness, most of graduates and postgraduate students except from the graded collages, don't work practically on soft-skills. There are so many training programs in the market, but I always notice some missing topics which can be helpful for these students and these are as follows: 1) Discovering yourself 2) Art of Listening and Understanding, 3) Art of RWS (Read, Write and Speak) 4) 3 A's of awesome: Attitude, Awareness and Authenticity 5) Soft Management: Time and Stress 6) Psychosomatic Testing 7) Self Analysis. There are many topics such as leadership, negotiation, presentation, communication which commonly covered within chapters but according to me these 7 chapters are important to cover. Charges for such training programs varies according to the area, level and days of program. Basically junior level soft-skill training costs from Rs.3000 to Rs.7000, if you are planning a big institution or session based training for corporates with professional motivator/faculty then it can cost up to Rs.8000 per week per head.
