I work everyday 8-9hours in my dad's office. However, I wish to be a bank PO and I am looking forward to prepare myself for the same. I'm great at engineering and conversations but Maths I need to practice, I have quite fair knowledge in general knowledge too. How long would I need to prepare myself to clear the exam with good scores? Should I join a class for the same?

Before I could comment on how many hours you should study or how to proceed further, I would like to know till which class have you studied Mathematics? Which Board are you from? If you are from English Medium and CBSE background then things are easy for you. What all comes in Quantitative Aptitude is Mathematics till Class X. 1. You can pick up any topic of your interest in Mathematics and starts studying. We need not to focus on long methods that we were used to, during our standards. We now need to focus on short cut methods and easiest way to solve the problems. 2. If you are a genuine learner then you need to spend 3 hours daily for next 6 months. It’s all depends on your interest and grasping power. Some topics are easy to understand so you will pick them very fast while some might take time.
