Hello Nagasaki,
I'm appreciate your efforts to study well from Second semester . This could be achieved by effective time management.
Try to make a good timetable, by good I mean , which has time allocated for studies, exercise, self care n family/ friends time.
Try having an analysis of whether the timetable was helpful in the end of the week, if required make changes . This way in a month u will have a functional version of ur timetable
When u study, try to make small notes n revise one a fortnight.
