"Institute admistratin staff are very attentive, polite and respond quickly. Course trainer, zaoro sir is very good, his way of teaching is also good. He asks to read the lessons in class and explains lessons. Best way, he corrects the pronunciation as well. He asks us to prepare/read for next day lessons. He built the confidence in me I am happy for listening, speaking, writing and reading skills improved in me. I felt duration is somewhat short. And it could be better if some hours also allocated for doubts classes. I took the online classes, initially i have a doubt about online classes. But everything went well. "

"Useless for IELTS. Enrolled here for a one-month IELTS classroom course setting expectations of the required score and exam date. The trainer was more interested in discussing her personal problems rather than adding value to the classes. Upon constant complaining and follow-up, and choosing to take a refund, and dropping out of the class, the trainer was changed but had to opt for an online class defeating the purpose of choosing for classroom class. The 'online' class happened over phone calls and WhatsApp calls, half the time going away in network and audio issues. The score would have been much better if the preparation would have been via self-study and not trusting the institute. This was just a waste of time, money, and effort. Even more frustrating is the insensitivity of the admin, congratulating for the pathetic band secured. Having to register for the exam again to get the required band. The least the institute can do is own up to the disaster they've caused a student and offer a refund. "

Do not translate from your mother tongue to English. Think in English and speak in English. Don't hesitate; everyone makes mistakes. Practice as much as possible. Find people with similar interest who would like to speak in English like for an hour each day on several topics.
Improve your vocabulary slowly by learn 3 to 5 new words every day.

The only way to improve your communication skills is practice. You go through any videos or books, but it's of no use until you don't practice it. Try to build your vocabulary by learning and using at least five new words in a day. If possible, join an institute to improve your communication skills and make you speak to the other students by throwing group discussion topics or jam sessions, enhancing your communication skills and confidence.
