Just think less and act more, I mean you do not need to give a damn to what people think when you speak. When we tune a new guitar, it sounds not as great, but after we try and string it for a while and adjust it accordingly, the same guitar sounds fantastic. So we've got to tune ourselves by practising speaking.

I would strongly recommend the technique named 'Shadowing'. Do search it on youtube and you'll come to know how it really works. In this technique, you are supposed to repeatedly repeat a sentence after a certain English man or woman. This will improve your fluency and will make you understand the actual pronunciation of the word. During, practising the technique, you will also come across some great vocab. Your listening will also get better as it would make you concentrate and then speak. Next method that would also work wonders is Mirror practising. Communicating with yourself in front of the mirror will help you to get rid of hesitation.
