Yes offcourse yoga will help you to reduce the back pain but you need to do yoga under the supervision of a qualified trainer and not by watching YouTube videos. Because Youtuber don't know what is your exact condition.
And gut health it's better to consult a doctor or a qualified dietician.

Yes offcourse yoga will help you to reduce the back pain but you need a right guidance for it. My personal suggestion is, hire a qualified trainer and explain your situation to him and do it under the supervision of the trainer. Avoid YouTube videos. Because YouTube don't know your exact situation.
For other health issues better you consult a doctor/a good dietician.
