She encourages & motivate us to our full potential. Even in online classes, she is a keen observer and ensure that we get the benefit of doing the postures correctly without injuring ourselves. Yoga initially was like any other workout for me: stretching, blood flow etc. But as I progressed in my practice, the most significant change I started to notice was paying attention to details in my everyday observation. This, in itself, is a significant breakthrough for me as I started seeing things more 'clearly'. This practise gradually seeps into your inward introspection as well, especially when coupled with breathing techniques like pranayama. So for me, the most significant change was an observation, internal and external.
