"I was searching out for Music school in B'lore and luckily found Sangeet Sadhana. I joined this School few months back, Sangeet Sadhana is the place for the Classical Music lovers. It is the platform where learning the music made easy and taught in a systematic way from the basics. The location is also a decent one with all required instruments. Practicing and revising the Ragas in every class makes me confident and improve myself. Irrespective of number of students in the class, every one is given individual attention and care by our teachers. The way Anindita Mukherjee ma'm and Reetesh sir teach is speechless, they are very supportive and patient while teaching. Their experience and the passion towards the Music reflects when they teach us. I'm so happy and blessed for being their student and to be a part of Sangeet Sadhana. "Perfect place to learn hindustani classical music. Does not matter whether you already are a singer or an absolute beginner. The details and nitty-gritty of music, from theory to practice are explained well. Does not matter how many students are there in the class, the amount of personal attention given keeps a beginner like me motivated to learn, practice, and improve. Most people may want to learn music but they feel shy to join a class as they think their voice does not sound good enough (atleast that's what I use to feel). But believe me, once a person enters this class, the mere attention and way of teaching makes the person feel comfortable and the insecurities just vanish. "

"My experience at Sangeet sadhna has been very fruitful.The teaching pattern is interactive. Helping in maintaining the zest for music among all students. Each individual is made aware of their lacunae and how to work on them. Discussions on the history of music and ragas makes the entire approach quite unique.I have had a 'steep' learning curve in the institute and have gained invaluable insight into hindustani classical music in a relatively short span of time(about ten months now).The efforts put in by our teacher and her attention to detail, inspires us all to do the same. "I had been searching for a school in bangalore where I can find the same or more amount of passion for music as i feel, and I feel that I found what I had been looking for. No matter what your age is,what profession you're from,whichever walk of life you come from..you can easily blend in and learn music from scratch...So much of attention is given to every person to help them grow,in knowledge and in confidence.You start understanding music and honestly I feel I can sit there for hours and hours and just feel so much at ease. We can practice here and whatever you learn, you can be fearless in expressing any doubt,problem etc. and you will be helped out. "Sangeet Sadhana, the moment you enter the institute, you will know why the institute is named so. I have been searching for a good classical teaching institute for quite some time in Bangalore and finally got lucky when I read about this institute and decided to join. There are lot of things which make this institute special and different from all the other ones. Before starting on a raga, we are given a very thorough introduction on the raga as to when its sung, why its sung and lot of other details which is very rare. The passion which the gurus of this institute share for classical music and the knowledge about classical music is awesome. If you are are classical music lover, then there is no need to look further. You can join this institute and embark on a beautiful journey towards learning classical music. Having said all this, as a beginner you will need to put in a lot of effort to practice and not skip any classes. "

"Hi, I am Moumita. I join Sangeet Sadhana 3 months back. I love music. But after joining the class I started understand the music. Here we can start from very basic of music i. e S R G M P… Does not matter how old are you. Except music Mam (Anindita Mekherjee) and Sir (Reetesh Sir) teaching us how we should practice and improve our voice quality. They are very encouraging. I am enjoying the classes very much. I am feeling lucky to be the part of ‘Sangeet Sadhana’. People who are thinking ‘I am too old to start learning music’… ‘I don’t have time ’… or ‘What people will think’ or some other reason …. Just come once in our class and stay for couple of hours. You can find out we are different people from all over the India (diff. culture, diff. language, diff. age, diff. religion) having lots of problems and here only Music connected US.
