"I had a wonderful experience with Pradeep. He is very professional in his approach and techniques. He structures the workout plan based on the individuals body condition, and supports with a effective & practical diet plan. A real motivator, very approachable and understanding guy. He mixes the workout routines to improve strength and flexibility, and achieve results. I have started seeing results within two months. Simple answer is "Yes". You have to choose those yoga poses that will engage your lower back (eg. bujangasana, balasana etc.).
However for long term solution, you have to do exercises to strengthen the lower back muscles.
For Gut health you also have to focus on your diet (what, when and howmuch you eat).

Hi Mayank, surely you can start workout now. To reduce belly and body fat, you can do a combination of weight exercises and cardio. If you don't have past workout experience, start with lightweight exercises & 15 mins of abs routine for three days a week, and cardio three days a week (both alternate days). The diet you can follow would be high protein, low carb, low-fat diet. Maintain your daily calorie intake to about BMR+100. You should discuss with an expert to get a more specific & effective solution.
