For teaching Maths, or, to explain the process of writing answers, just presentation won't be effective. It will be better to show the student by writing the solution while you're explaining. You can buy a basic pen tablet worth Rs.3k. In zoom or Microsft teams, you can use screen sharing of OneNote, which I recommend to use since it has more features and very user friendly.
