Sir, With all due respect, you are asking us to find you a scheduled time, in the middle of a running session. As you are already aware, we first contacted you ,early June for a course (of 6months).You showed interest and then never confirmed. You then reverted back to us last week, wishing to join mid-session( as we had already commenced the aforementioned session at the end of June.) And that too on an "ASAP "basis. It was also notified, that we have a few slots available, but couldn't confirm the same, as we already have committed schedules to our other learners. We then went on to intimate you that ,we could only plan and confirm your "ASAP requirement" in Aug at the earliest, which you refused at first but after came around to after a week i.e the 22nd July(Wed). As our admin dept works only on Mon and Thur (we're short staffed and everyone is in multi-role mode), we reverted back on 23rd of July (Thu): with a gentle apology to keep you waiting from 22nd July. We informed you that we're now looking into creating a learning module and that we'll keep you updated,as you confirmed on 22nd of July. No commitments were confirmed nor approved. For the complain that we don't answer calls, partially true, as our admin is also one of the trainers and has her own jam-packed teaching schedules. Today is the 24th of July and you choose to slander us, as we try our best to serve you. Sir, you are not obligated to choose us.
