Holistic healing is about bringing balance and harmony in body, mind and soul. Due to experiences in life, sometimes there is disconnect or misalignment between body and mind or body and soul or mind and soul. Holistic healing is integrating all three of them (body, mind and soul) and bring oneness and wholeness in all of them. This session are done one to one basis, it is customised and tailored based on requirements or objective of the student. It includes meditation, chanting, affirmations, mindfulness exercises, chakra reading, etc. based on student needs.

Yoga does help in weight loss, but thats by product of Yoga practice. Yoga is way of living, so when you slowly bring mindfulness in food habbits, thoughts, emotions, daily habbits, etc. then weight loss will also happen. but just practicing yoga poses and then eating junk or unhealthy food will not help in weight loss, so food habbits, sleeping times and yoga poses practice all needs to be done with mindfulness

Ashtanga yoga is dynamic practice with set structure. Its modern style of Yoga. It has 8 series which is specific set of sequence, it takes years to master one series because there are very advanced poses in higher series. Ashtanga yoga is not just about doing asana, it also has include 4 main concepts which is practice together during asana practice. 1. Ujjayi breathe, 2. Bandhas, 3. Vinyasa flow, 4. Drishti (gaze)
