IdentityTeachers should try to inculcate the moral values in students rather than to complete the whole syllabus.my experience said that there should be space between every relation bt now things are totally change.students are more then open with the teachers.eithical values should try to inculcate among students.try to resolve the individual differences.look for the special children,try to motivate them.By developing students calibre teacher should also try to improve ourself.As we say learning is continuous process.curriculum should be little bit flexible.Students not feel bore . Management is important and key point for every success ..It should be like clean.No currpution . Although we say and taught the students .Be obident.Be punctual.Be loyal.
Bt my experience from the last job is just that these are just the tag lines.students have no more respect towards their teachers..It should be improve by providing good environment.
