For improvement of health and stamina, the best practice is the combination of different types of yoga. Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga.
Hatha Yoga Asanas target different body parts; thus, it is best for improving the health wherein Ashantaga, and Power Yoga increases the heat and heartbeat in the body, which ultimately helps improve stamina.
