Sit comfortably with eyes closed and focus on your breathing,don't control your breathing, breathe in a relaxed manner.Take 25 breaths and beware of the entire breathing  pattern.

If focus wanders and your mind creates any thought or emotion  ,support your mind saying "My breathe is rising,pausing and falling.

If mind wanders don't judge simply guide the mind back,tell yourself I'm thinking and then again focus on breathing.Describing will help you maintain focus.

If there is any event or any sensation in the body observe it label it as a sound or sensation this helps the mind to recognize the external stimuli and then return back to your focus .

Maintain the peace and relax every part of your body.

Teach traditional yoga , certified by 100 yr old college of india KAIVALYADHAMA lonawla.

Sit in Gyan mudra with closed eyes. Then focus on breathing continuously and try to calm your mind. Then practice asana and pranayama with full-body awareness. It also trains the mind to get in touch with your self then do meditation for some time.
