IdentityTURIYA YOGA STUDIO was established on 26th Feb 2018. Here we are providing traditional yoga which includes Asana's, Breathing techniques, Cleansing Techniques, Relaxation Techniques, Concentration practices, Meditation etc.
We are providing classes for all age groups. We have students from 6 years to 60+. We are providing CHAIR YOGA for our senior citizens. Now we are trying to implement therapies also.
Our goal has always been to empower our community with the tools, techniques and practices to cultivate health, happiness, success and inspiration it's what make the greatest positive impact in society and it's what we are good at.
