Hi
No, we cannot play on four strings of the Violin simultaneously. This is because of the curved shape of the bridge which aligns strings in fifferent heights or planes whatever. So it make you to play maximum on two strings at a time but not more than that.
If you level the bridge to be flat then it might be possible to play on four strings but you will lose the core feature of playing on solo string. So it in not possible so far.
