Job Profile:
IBM – Used to work in the D&B Process (Dunn and Bradstreet), a business information company. It is a B2B process where we used to call different businesses (it could be proprietorship or a partnership or a limited company) here we used to collect different information about their business and generate business reports, based on these reports credit rating was given to them, so our job was to call the customers and collect information about their businesses.
COGNIZANT - Used to work in a healthcare process. Our product was Durable Medical Equipment. I was into Collections Process, where we used to deal with health insurance companies, service providers and customers. We needed to call the health insurance companies and check for claims status. We also needed to analyse each case that who needs to make the payment after a patient has been given a medical treatment and call them and ask them to make the payment if the payment is not made.
