If you want to qualify something than you have to learn English no matter how you are treated by your friends or soceity And when you do this after a month only you will see a drastic change inside you that you start speaking something which you were not able to speak at that time. No language is difficult. You have to first love the language, Secondly honestly learn the basics. Thirdly as its said one can't learn swimming sitting on the bank..similarly you can't learn unless you start speaking. Most people are afraid due to the comments from the people around them. Learning English, written or written, can be a daunting task for a newcomer.
