Start preparing early - It shall reduce load. Understand the fact that English will come handy in the near future. You will need to use English all through your life. Not just your classes but even in your day to day affair be it personal or professional Start speaking in English with everyone even if you make mistakes. No one is perfect. It's your chance to learn and grow. Do not shy away from talking in English. Ask the one you are talking to, to correct you if they find errors or mistakes. Form a group: Where in all of you would think alike and help each other. Have someone guide you. Read up good books to improve vocabulary and grammar. Discuss lessons. Make a visual image of what you are grasping. Focus mainly on grammar - Try to get hold of good grammar books like Wren and Martin. It would be helpful. Get question banks and solve papers from previous years. Also use websites for grammar questionnaires and fill them up. Instead of focusing on it as a subject gain knowledge. Use the language like you handle your mother tongue. For any further questions you may respond back. read less
