Hi Orange... A very good and obvious question. There are few ways how you can know whether you are speaking proper English or not- 1. Always try to speak in front of someone who is more experienced than you. Be a child in front of him because a child is the fastest learner and does not hesitate at all while speaking. For eg - at our home we see a child learning his mother tongue, he says incorrect words and we as elders keep correcting him. 2. Listen as much as you can. Listening improves Speaking. The more you listen to news, english channels, childrens' short stories on youtube the more familiar you will become with correct words, correct sentences and not the least the correct pronunciations. 3. Read loudly whenver you are reading any story book, novel  so that whatever you are reading should go to your ears. Read and listen your own words carefully. I have experienced that very few people listen to what they are reading or speaking. Hope these points will help you.
