Stand in the front of a mirror, tell yourself that you can, and go ahead, practice speaking English fluently in this style as here is no scope to be laughed by others, many great people has got unbelievable results by practicing this way, it will improve your speaking skills, develop your personality, fill yourself with positive attitude. Watching English CHANNEL LIKE BBC, DISCOVERY etc can also be helpful. Above all u need to be a good listener to be a good speaker.
