"Till school I studied in my mother tongue language.When I joined 1st year BE im blank in English, the thing is all subjects are in English,it's very hard me to get even pass mark,then suja helped me (explained all subjects in my mother tongue and in english) so that I could understood the subjects.I got pass marks. Later, she trained me English (how to talk,how to manage everything). Finally I am working in MNC company now. I am very thankful to her."

How to improve communication skills?

You can train from an experienced person. Always communicate in English only(with someone who can help you), watch English videos with subtitles, read the newspaper daily loudly (like a kid). All the best!

How do I improve clarity while speaking in English and that should be understandable to everyone?

Practice loudly at home, When the content is clear, your confidence will increase and automatically you will not stutter, Never hesitate to speak, Be bold when you speak.

Follow the below steps to improve communication, 1. Read English books/newspaper 2. Listen to English news 3. Try to communicate in English always even though you are wrong sometimes 4. Try to get guidance from a friend who can speak English very well 5. Try to write the things which you did for the whole day in notebook and ask the same friend to correct mistakes 6. Watch movies with English subtitles 7. If you don't have a friend to guide you, it's better you take a class so that the trainer will guide you

Having moved to the UK, I realized I can’t speak nor understand spoken English while my writing skills are great. What can I do to improve this situation?

Not a big deal. Just think as if you are in your native and speak English normally as you do but when you keep on doing it you will improve and start understanding others also. So your fluency will improve automatically.
