HI! Suresh, why do you hesitate to talk. Is it because you are not confident about your language or you feel others will make fun of you. Given the background you have , i personally think you need to work on building your self confidence.

Train yourself to read loudly and listen to English news channels. Subsequently talk to yourself in front of a a mirror with proper eye contact loudly. You will then gain confidence.
