She is very friendly and caring as well.We were taught how to take calls. She made sure that all the sessions were interesting by conducting games, JAM and grouping all of us into teams. What is the best way to improve English?

You need a guide, who can correct you whenever you make mistakes. Reading and watching english programs etc will only help you to an extent. To speak fluently and communicate well, you need a guide.

If a child is reading aloud and is maintaining meaning, is it necessary that I correct every word he misreads?

Reading is about recognizing letters / symbols and associating them to various sounds. I would recommend you to focus on the sounds, rather than the words that too, one or two sounds at the max at a time. Underline all the words that he/ she may have mis-pronounced, but correct and focus few at a time.... ...more

You will need to share your exact requirements in advance, so can accordingly ensure to provide maximum input in minimum time. Face to face sessions would cost a bit more, i.e. INR 800 per hour...
