Overview

I always had interest to learn deep in Yoga and implement the knowledge in real life. Hence I had got lot of expertise in Yogasana, Pranayam and specially dhyan not only to cure human but teach them to keep healthy both physically & mentally.
I had conducted short period & long period classes for yoga & dhyana.
Along with regular practice of yoga it is necessary for us to have good eating habit. There are few things we can do to keep us healthy and keep the illnesses away from us. i learnt these things about food & eating strategies which can be a additional benefit to keep us healthy.
Combination of yogasanas and pranayama it is possible & proved that human illnesses van be cured.

I am ready to share my knowledge and expertise for the persons willing to keep themselves fit & fine.

I works on 4 levels for my students ensuring their requirement and physical abilities.

One need to do set of yogasana & pranayam such as pschimottasan, uttanpadasan, bhujagasan, Suryabhedan pranayam, ujjayi pranayam & anulom vilom pranayam. But it needs expert guidance to set the weekly program to get effective result.
