It will enhance your career but to go for SAP MM you must have domain knowledge of procurement or SCM. If you have worked in procurement/SCM in any comoany & have idea of how companies works in respect of purchasing & SCM..I.e you have idea of business processes in procuement & SCm then you can definately go for SAP MM training & try. Well SAP certification are very expensive cost around 4.5L. The package offered after doing training is not great as you are considered as fresher for the first one year. If you are able to learn quickly you can justify you have 5 to 6 yrs of experience in SAP as no one goes to check. But it all depends on the kind intial opportuinty you get. I would recommend if possible try to get a job with low pay learn SAP for a year or two and then switch for a bigger pay.

SAP MM is a good plattorm for bright future, because it is a functional module.

The advantage of SAP MM is it doesnt require any coding knowledge, anyone ( Engg or science people) can enter.

But SAP MM requires domain experience.
