Having said that, if you have experience in Pay roll management, why don't you start looking for some courses on Human Resources management. A MBA, even in distance education can add value to your profile. Moreover, be sure on what you want to do and where do you want to find yourself, 5 years down the line. Once, you have a set target to achieve, planning your next steps will become easier. A SAP course is a good idea for a short term planning. But, if you want to grow in your career and reach heights, you collectively have look at strengthening your profile with more certification courses and if, possible, a MBA.
