You can go with SAP BW/BI as your domain is MIS or else you can SAP Basis or SAP ABAP as you have done graduation in computer science. There are lot of institutes which totally depends on your budget whether you want to just learn or learn and get certified

You can go for the SAP EWM module which is very demanding in the market. Or else you can go for the Data warehouse course of SAP.
