Hi, I have 3 years of experience in the Quality side in KPO company. Then resigned my job moved to government job preparation, I have not succeeded. Now I am planning to study SAP, Is it right time to study? which module is good or mechanical background?
Hi,
As you worked with Account payable, it is a submodule of SAP FI course.
There are various sub-modules in SAP FI like accounts payable, account receivable, asset account, new GL etc. Since you also have enough experience in accounts payable, you can go with SAP FICO module. Your experience is countable and a submodule of FI, so it is easy for you to grab the concept.
Sit down, relax and find out first what you like doing. Don't just jump from here to there. You can plan to certification in SAP, but before that, understand your strengths & skills. If you like to program, you can go for SAP ABAP, of you like analytics & reporting, go for SAP BI/BOBJ. Or if you want to explore the business side more then you can go for functional domain certifications in SAP.

Hi, SAP is a good option but there are some constraints like Cost of training is very high, secondly to get the standalone stimulated environment for doing practice is also not feasible (In simple words you can't do training at your home by just downloading the SAP module ). You will also face a lot of external competition as this is an established technology where many users are available in the market. I suggest focussing on Fintech & blockchain (Functional side ) if you are really interested in finance. These technologies are very promising, and surely, you will get a good ROI.
