Hi, SAP is a good option but there are some constraints like Cost of training is very high, secondly to get the standalone stimulated environment for doing practice is also not feasible (In simple words you can't do training at your home by just downloading the SAP module ). You will also face a lot of external competition as this is an established technology where many users are available in the market. I suggest focussing on Fintech & blockchain (Functional side ) if you are really interested in finance. These technologies are very promising, and surely, you will get a good ROI.

Power BI and Tableau are very promising elements in data visualization, which plays a very significant part in data analytical journey. But it requires a strong sense of data analysis, creativity etc. If you are good with maths and creativity, then definitely it makes a lot of sense. You can also so some data analysis courses to get hands-on with data analysis.

For IT Engineering colleges, IITs (Only old one like Delhi Mumbai Kharagpur, Chennai), BITS Pilani, BHU&  ISB Shanbad (Now get IIT rank), Manipal Institute, Vellore Institute of Technology, RECs but for research I recommend TIFR (Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai  )  , IISc Bangalore are the prominent institutes of India.

Power BI is Microsoft based Data Visualization tool which helps in getting the insight about the data. It is an extension of excel and user-friendly software for preparing advance and interactive dashboards. The only issue with Power BI is that it is only working with MS-based OS, which means that you cant use the same Linux and Mac environment.
