Hi, I am an Oracle forms report developer, PLSQL developer with 6 + yrs exp.
I am looking for a change as Oracle form and reports is outdated. I have interest in data analysis. What will be a better option:
1. ETL,
2. Big Data or,
3. SAP HANA?

BigData and SAP HANA both are the new face of upcomming IT Market.
Accordng to me, you should move to Big Data field because It has more opportunities then any other field. You can further opportunities for data science courses as its a part of big data. Another thing is if you will move to SAP HANA then first you have to learn basic concepts of SAP as a developer only then you will be able to learn HANA Properly.
But if you are moving towards to BigData & Hadoop, then your db knowlege will be enough and the important factor is BigData and Hadoop is having more stability and scope.
Hana is only prefrable to those candidates who are already working in SAP. Before 4+ years, I was in same situation, then I chossed BigData & Hadoop and now it makes me feel that I was correct.
