She has worked as a scientist, establishing links between yoga techniques and body mechanics for the treatment of a variety of physical and mental ailments, with a particular focus on people with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2. Deepshikha is a licensed yoga instructor with advanced training in yoga and a focus on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga principles. She has been a sincere yoga practitioner for the last 15 years.
