All the inversion yoga poses help to increase proper blood supply towards our brain.which will help to stimulate our hypothalamus, pituitary gland, located in our brain. Which is responsible for the stimulation of many other glands.

Yes yoga can help with menstrual discomfort or disorders too. As our menstrual system is controled by a gland called hypothalamus, located in our brain, so all the asana which increase blood circulation towards head or our brain will stimulate our brain to function properly. Yes yoga can help with menstrual discomfort or disorders too. As our menstrual system is controled by a gland called hypothalamus, located in our brain, so all the asana which increase blood circulation towards head or our brain will stimulate our brain to function properly. Proper blood circulation towards pelvic area also will help in menstrual discomfort. Opening prlvic asana will help in that n will help to relax pelvec area.
