This is Abhishek Kumar Sharma. These are the steps which I used to follow during teaching
Step 1 -- 50 minutes teaching + 10 minutes revision
Step 2 -- Home assignment for the topics which are
covered in "step 1."
Step 3 -- One test on every 15th day of the Month for
revision of the previous fourteen days' topics.
Step 4 -- On the 16th day, Parent- The teacher talks to students
performance and any mismatch in the teaching
style.
Step 5 -- Repetition of Steps 1,2,3,4
