Well, you should have your own time. 30 mins are enough, start with basic asana like shavasan, pachimotanasa and then pranayama, meditation.

If you are suffering from hyperthyroid, diabetes, high BP and low BP or any other disease then don't do it by your self it can be risky. If you are healthy and looking yoga for general fitness then also initially do it under supervision of yoga instructor then after few month you can do your own practice Dont... ...more
