IdentityFrom individuals to the corporate sector I have taught dancing to people of all ages I conduct workshops in Ballroom and Latin dances integrated with mindful movements as an effective stress buster program .
Using dance movements therapeutically I facilitate the learner's ability to manage the body emotions and mind resources effectively and creatively .
I believe that one must not only learn how to dance, but also learn dance etiquette's & dance floor behavior which are as important as the dance itself.
The dance workshops are known to have a friendly warm atmosphere making it easy for even the most reserved and shy individuals to connect on a common fun platform , while keeping a balance on a focused approach in learning technique,musicality and partnering skills .
I endeavor to bring the Social Latin & Ballroom dance styles to any and every one keen to learn. These include international dances like the Salsa, Samba, Rumba, ,Merengue, Bachata, Cha cha, Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing,Jive,Tango and many more.
Besides the dance workshops and creative sessions ,as a Wellness coach I offer a variety of Personal Effectiveness Programs for self development .
