Hi, For your Back Pain, you need to work on strengthening your back muscles with proper exercises and for your gut health, need to focus on diet.

Why is there a coin system if I already pay for pro membership?

Pro members have certain privilages, and coins are for the contacts of the clients. Like you purchase a mobile then you recharge the SIM for the services.
