Sitting for long hours into your 9-5 desktop job is quite frustrating for both mental and physical health. The best yoga in our daily office life is keeping the mind in a positive attitude because everything starts with our brain and soul. Once you achieve this positive attitude, move forward to the body part.
The body is like machines. If it has movement, it's always on the best to stage. So my point over here is there should be moved to body rotation of joints such as neck rotation, wrist rotation, backward bends, the forward bends.
No need of taking a break of 10 mins and performing an exercise or basic yoga posture which you saw on "YouTube 10 min corporate yoga", whereas you can perform ordinary moments of the body in every 20-30 minutes in your 9-5 job. It's simple and doesn't require and professional yoga skills and saves your time and help your body to perform more at your work.
So,
1) Happy mind ( positive attitude)
2) Keeping the body in motion ( here you can use rotations or your fav YouTube channel exercise)
3) Food (the essential thing)

it vary from teacher to teacher, but this also dosent mean that teacher charging more has more expirence. best way to find a good teacher is call them and ask questions and have a demo lecture.
my charges are 400/hr. money is not important, good teacher and your health is imp.
