To practice more and more to sharpen your soft skills, you would need to speak more often than before and ofcourse; you can't do that alone always. In reality, you may end up losing the enthusiasm by making some plans and finding it difficult to follow after a time. So, I would suggest joining public speaking groups. We have many such platforms out there. Now when the things are online, they too conduct online. Also, the good thing about those platforms is that people come together for enhancing their communication skills. They deliver speeches; they do evaluations. So under that procedure, if you diligently follow it, you will see yourself learning and progressing, but the bottom line is practising talking more.

Apart from this, reading good contents daily also helps in communication. Continuos reading helps in learning new words, ideas, sentence formations etc. Also, if you are looking to learn some formal communication techniques and do's /don't then the internet is full of knowledge and information, you may refer them anytime.
