I completed my B.Tec in Mechanical Engineering so I had a good control on subjects regarding Mechanical field I also had provided coaching and tuition to my co-fellow.
Apart from mechanical engineering subjects I also have a good control over quantitative aptitude and verbal and non verbal reasoning as I am providing coaching for banking, railway,ssc,cat &GMAT preparatory classes to students from last 2 years.
Apart from these my project went for auto expo 2014 so I also know how to represent yourself in crowd to make yourself known and I believe more on doing rather than sayings.

What are best books for science and maths to refer for std 10th state board?

Best book is of NCERT spend time on that only and if you will understand this book then you don't need any other book for help.
