take a news paper and start reading out before a mirror......repeat it and by heart some lines....then talk to yourself looking in to the mirror.....see your own expressions and where and how you look when you say the same sentences.....do you look horrible or pretty or accepting.....repeat this for a period of one week and then write something of your own and then say the same thing to your self before a mirror....now you can see the change in you.....so after one week you have gained confidence and that should continue....then take any topic and present before your friends and ask them to give some feed back....note the +ve and -ve feed backs....work on the -ve feed backs....that will help you....still have problem then post a question and will be happy to help you out....tnx.... read less

Visualize your audience during your practice session and think of the potential questions if any. Record a video or audio or do a mock-up presentation of what you want to present on the stage. Keep doing it again and again and you'll realize that it all about keep doing it till you get confident and excellent in it. read less
