Nimra, the training depends on the age as if its for you or any children. If its for you or any teenagers then would suggest to practice as many times as u can in front of mirror so that you can realise what needs an improvement in your preparation. And further to get out of the stage fear, gather up few of ur friends and have it done in front of them and ask for feedbacks am sure friends are the best part in our life to correct us then and there. Try this for few days untill you are satisfied with your speech or whatever. Then get few of strangers along with your friends and do it am sure this should solve your stage fear. Mirror and Friend is just to make yourself comfortable and prepared before you appear in front of any strangers. Hope this helps and i had seen lot who had come out trying this way!! Few does it in weeks time and few in months time..
