#Ideal Body Composition: Fat - Muscle weight Ratio

 

The person belonging to any category of age group/lifestyle/ profession, be it Sportsperson, corporate executive, Teenager, Senior citizen, homemakers must include a specific group of exercises targeting all five aspects of fitness.

#Ageing is nothing but a reduction in human performance in all five elements of fitness (which is accelerated due to misusing the human system). Hence, the only anti ageing tactic is to place equal emphasis on all five aspects of fitness.

The major challenge is the current scenario of the fitness world is that even the fitness professionals are trapped in huge pitfalls. Maybe yoga instructor will provide emphasis only of achieving flexibility; Weight management trainer will work only strength and Weightloss, a dance instructor will work only of stamina and correct form. However, they must understand the importance of giving specific exercise targeting each of the five aspects.

#UniversalGoal: Only way to enhance the quality of life is by improving performance in all five elements of fitness.
