please advise the detailed analyses on what works best and why?

It all depends on how the teacher presents the topic ,how curious the child can get when he/she listens to the concept.. Moreover,the attitude of the student is also important ,may it be online or offline. You actually get a vib from the students if they are interested or not

I felt that many students will book free demo with multiple tutors with the topics they feel difficult and not even attend the call and inform whether they want to continue the class or not..I am a new tutor in urbanpro. Is it happens to everyone or only to me?

I also felt the same . Most of them just attend the demo and leave . But while teaching we get the vibe that they are not all that interest.
