I felt that many students will book free demo with multiple tutors with the topics they feel difficult and not even attend the call and inform whether they want to continue the class or not..I am a new tutor in urbanpro. Is it happens to everyone or only to me?

Hi! I am new here too. It has happened with me also. Many calls went unanswered and many enquiries were wrongly posted by the client. Time does get wasted like this. Few agreed for a demo but then never replied back on the chat. Very uncourteous of them. But, I came across many good people too. So it's ok! My all students here are very nice. 

My first question is why u go for free demo? I dont go anytime. Until I am sure they will hire me. U need to discuss with them on phone call in every aspect whether ur requirement is matching and also their requirement is matching. Then once u r sure there r chances of getting tution then u go for demo. Once they hire u u can even demand for the demo class as well.  They will include the free for demo class well. We should maintain a basic dignity.

The same problem with me too, because I am also new to urban pro,So when a student book a demo class then I loss my coins,but when I got message from urban pro that you have a a demo booked by a student,so after that when I call or message to that student there is no response from them, and if someone response that I wanna take a demo, but the day of demo class they didn't joined it.After this everytime I talk to help section, they told me that if student is not joining then you can end the class, so it takes so much time, and finally in the end I wasted my 1 hour,my coins and I got nothing.

So this is the request to urban pro that if a student book a demo so please confirm from them that they really serious about it, only then reduce our coins.
