Timings: 2 Batches (8:00 To 9:00 AM, 7:00 To 8:00 PM)
5 days a week ( Monday To Friday)
Age Group: 5 To 15 Years
I am teaching yoga for the last 1 year. I have taught yoga to students of different age groups. I teach yoga in order to bring awareness to the body. All postures are done with breathwork. Breath awareness is really important in yoga. I have taught 3 students 15 years of age. They had a requirement for an increase in concentration I have one student who has shown great results in weight loss losing around 15 kgs from 95 to 80 kgs.
I am an experienced, qualified teacher and tutor with almost 1 year of experience in teaching yoga and meditation across different platforms and in offline mode. Passionate about solving problems related to body and mind such as stress, body pain, overweight, anxiety, and lack of focus. Over the year I have helped many students overcome their sufferings.
